Is it possible to enter customer details without effecting a transaction?
Yes you can enter customer details directly from the customer management area. This means that you do not need to create a transaction just to create a new customer.
Is it possible to upload documents relating to customers and agents?
100% yes. We have a built in document management system which allows you to store information from your customers. The system also integrates directly with your webcam so that you can capture live photo id shots.
Can we enter transactions on behalf of an agent and enter an alternative transaction number (e.g. from a manual transaction pad)?
Yes you definitely can. With the order form you can specify the originating company (the agent) and also specify the client reference number for the order (their reference).
Can key personnel view the agent profile?
Yes, this permission can also be set through our role based permission settings.
Are receipts available in different formats e.g. A5 and receipt printer (credit card type)?
The receipt system is based on simple customisable HTML templates. The default template is based on A5 layout but you can easily create additional templates to match whatever print layout you want. The system comes with a built in editor so that you can make the changes at any time. In addition you can hire one of our designer to create a custom built invoice for you.

Yes this occurs automatically and you can view the full audit trail within the system
